Arjan Kozica

In my professional career I moved between academic institutions and practical work experience - with the specific background of being an active soldier for 15 years. I started my professional live with extensive military training, studying businss admiminstration and organisation theory, and a profound training and practice for military logistics. 

Over time I inceasingly focused on academic topics (dissertation, habilitation) in the area of organisation theory, leadership and ethics and on leadership & organisational development in practice. During my 3 years at the "Führungsakademie der Bundeswehr" I developed my capabilies for leadership training and organisational development. 

Based on this, my affiliation at the ESB Business School allows me to develop our thinking and methods of organisational development and leadership trainings with research projects (fundey by the Germain ministries for education and reseach, BMBF, and other institutions). As an active member of the "Initative Zukunftsfähige Führung" (www.izf.org) I try to establish dialogues over leadership, which are necessary given the amount of unsolfed societal and ecological issues.
